- Pass screening — 5-panel drug screen and county/federal background check.
- Pick your shift — your recruiter walks you through open shifts that match your zip code, transportation, and pay needs.
- Get to work — most candidates start within 48–72 hours of applying.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience to apply?
No. General labor, janitor, and entry-level warehouse roles are open to candidates with zero prior experience. Bring a government ID and a way to get to work.
How fast can I start?
Most candidates who apply Monday–Wednesday and pass screening start work that same week. Sanitation and 3rd-shift roles often start within 48 hours.
How often do you pay?
Weekly via direct deposit or pay card, with optional same-day pay through our partner once you've worked a full shift.
Do I need to bring anything to apply?
Two forms of ID for I-9 (driver's license + Social Security card, or U.S. passport). Steel-toe boots are required for most warehouse roles — we'll tell you up front for each role.
